Why this company exists
Two rulebooks, two deadlines, and nobody mapping the space between them.
A company selling AI into both the EU and the Gulf answers to two sets of rules, in two languages, on two enforcement timetables. Most still manage that with hourly legal advice and spreadsheets, because the available tools were built for something else: general compliance platforms treat AI rules as one more checklist, and most specialist AI governance suites are priced for large enterprises. None we know of tests and signs on both sides of the corridor.
AI rules are set market by market, so AM8 is built the same way: each market brings its own rules, and AM8 covers the markets it supports on their own terms.
We started where the pressure is highest and the two timetables meet: the route between Brussels and Abu Dhabi. 2 jurisdictions are covered today (European Union and United Arab Emirates).
The same companies are asked a second question: what their AI costs and what it returns. The answer usually sits in provider invoices nobody has tied to a system. AM8 puts the cost each connected account reports beside the value your own team declares and signs, in the same register as the compliance work.

We tell you what AM8 covers and what it does not before you buy, and we only describe what the product does today.
People decide, AI assists
AI drafts and analyses. A named person on your team confirms every classification and signs every document and every value figure.
Tested before it reaches you
Every change to AM8 is tested before it ships, and we look for our own gaps before a customer or an auditor can.
Your data is stored in the EU
Customer data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt. AI requests go to Anthropic, a US provider, under Standard Contractual Clauses, through its global service; independent verification runs on Mistral AI, in the EU. Every provider that handles your data, and where, is listed on our Trust Center.

AM8 is established in France, so our lead data protection authority is the CNIL.
We have assessed Article 37 of the GDPR and are not required to designate a Data Protection Officer, so we have not designated one.
