Priced on the law, not on headcount
Your obligations grow when you enter a new market or ship a new AI system, not when you hire. So that is what we price on: jurisdictions and AI systems, never headcount. Contracts are annual and quoted in EUR. Every plan includes both parts of AM8: compliance, and what each AI system costs beside the value your team declares.
We do not publish a price list. Two companies with the same headcount can owe completely different obligations, so the figure follows the exposure: how many jurisdictions bind you, how many AI systems you run, how many legal entities hold them. Tell us those three and you get the number on the call, in writing, before anything is signed.

Why is pricing based on jurisdictions and systems rather than company size?
Because that is what drives your obligations. The same AI system carries different duties in the EU and the UAE, and a company with three systems in one regime has less to prove than one with ten across two, regardless of headcount.
How is billing handled?
Annual, paid upfront, and Starter is bought yourself on an annual term. Professional and Corridor start with an onboarding call: we set them up with you and invoice them annually in advance, so you see the exact figure on the call and again on the order form, and nothing is owed until you have signed it. Wherever you pay by card it is on a payment page hosted by Stripe, so your card details never touch AM8, and the plan step inside the app shows you which terms are open before anything is charged.
What does Corridor cover?
Corridor covers two jurisdictions in one plan. Available today: European Union and United Arab Emirates.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
Nothing already running is cut off, and never mid-audit. What is refused at once: a 4th AI system on Starter, a seat beyond your plan’s seat count (an invitation not yet accepted and an advisor each hold a seat), and a second jurisdiction on Starter or Professional (that is the Corridor plan). The next plan covers each of these; on Corridor, further seats are a custom band we agree with you. Every other allowance (AI systems on Professional and Corridor, legal entities, and documents and reports) brings a notice at 80% and then at 100%, and opens a 30-day conversation with us: nothing already in use is switched off during it. The 30 days run from your first 100% notice of the contract year and do not restart each month. When they end, new document and report generations above your monthly allowance pause until the 1st of the next month; nothing already running stops, reading and export never pause, and we do not move you to another plan without your agreement. A separate ceiling pauses new generations once twice your plan’s monthly allowance have been completed in the month. Both count the same thing: documents and reports we generated, never failed runs, retries or the reports we schedule for you. Separately from your allowances, a safeguard on AI model calls refuses new generations if a workspace’s model calls in the month reach a ceiling set far above what its documents and reports need. It exists to stop a runaway loop, it resets on the 1st, and it is not a plan allowance.

No. We do not offer a free tier or a trial.
Where do the cost figures come from?
From the AI provider accounts you connect and the billing exports you upload, and nowhere else. Each figure is shown as those accounts report it. Value is declared by your team and signed by a named person, and AM8 never nets one against the other.
